I recently had the opportunity to meet with Peace X Peace a dynanmic network that connects women around the world for peace. It was a real pleasure to meet with Dr. Mary Liepold, Communications Manager, who conducted an intitial interview with me a few months prior. Imagine my surprise when she introduced me to the Executive Director, Dr. Patricia Morris, who she informed me, was from St. Croix, USVI, where my family lived for nearly 23 years!
